2. Description of Service

ReadyResume is a service operated by Match Bridge LLC. We provide AI-powered document formatting and career preparation tools to help users create resumes, cover letters, and other career documents.

Important: ReadyResume is a document formatting and career preparation tool. We do not guarantee employment or job placement. We are not an employment agency or recruitment service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions for resumes and cover letters. Content generated by our AI tools is for informational and personal use only. It does not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or employment counseling.

Results may vary. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, appropriate for your specific situation, or effective for any particular purpose.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. This includes:

  • Ensuring accuracy of factual information (employment history, education, dates)
  • Reviewing all content for errors, omissions, or inappropriate language
  • Customizing generated content to accurately reflect your qualifications
  • Ensuring content does not violate the rights of any third party

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No long-term commitments are required.

To cancel your subscription, go to your account settings and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@readyresume.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READYRESUME AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any content generated by the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content generated will be accurate or reliable.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service to you.

The ReadyResume name, logo, and related marks are our property and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To generate content that is false, defamatory, or fraudulent
  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations
  • To infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • To spam or distribute malware

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
